A joint two days seminar of the IAFP and the Transference Focussed Psychotherapy Institute Munich from 9th to 10th December 2016 at the Munich Technical University Clinic for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy. The seminar will be held in German language.

The seminar will help to explore with presentations and casuistic groups the dynamics of the organization and multiprofessional teams in forensic psychotherapy and reflect on the dynamics of the therapeutic space and transference processes within and between staff, patients and organizational and external parameters.

Key aspects of this year’s seminar will be:

- The schizoid personality disorder – psychodynamics and delinquency.

- The narcissistic balance of teams in forensic psychiatry and psychotherapy form the perspective of organizational dynamics.

- Pedophilia and pedophile offenders – structural diagnostic and differential indication for transference focused psychotherapy for sexual offenders with children as victims.

- Diagnostic, treatment and limits of treatment for offenders with antisocial and psychopathic tendencies – perspectives from supervision and clinical experience from treatment in forensic psychiatry, prisons and preventive detention.

Speakers are Gerhard Dammann (Münsterlingen, Switzerland), Markus Feil (Munch, Germany), Tilman Kluttig (Reichenau/Konstanz, Germany), Matthias Lohmer and Corinna Wernz (both Munich, Germany).
