11-17th May: Supporting the Mental Health Foundation to raise awareness of mental health and wellbeing issues.

Additional information: Every year, between 11th – 17th May, the Mental Health Foundation has been working to raise awareness of mental health and wellbeing issues. Since their first Mental Health Awareness week in 2000, the Foundation has helped to generate public debates around how anxiety, sleep deprivation and exercise can impact our mental health.
